Q: How do you intend to add more value to MedAxiom members in the next 12 months?
A: I'm very excited about a new opportunity we're about to announce to the nuclear cardiology marketplace. MedAxiom members will be the first to learn the details. In about 2-3 weeks we will be announcing the program. Judging from early responses we expect it to be a game changer.
Imagine adding imaging capability without committing to a long term equipment contract. What if you didn't need capital budget committee approval? How would you like to do your job and not be worried about what happens in our unpredictable future? We have a solution. All you need is patients to scan and we make the rest possible. Q: Why did you choose MedAxiom as a strategic partner?
A: Today people are inundated with communications from companies. These range from classic advertising and promotion to the latest social media. For a smaller company it's difficult to be heard above the background. Q: How does your business currently interact with Cardiology practices?
A: Each cardiology practice presents its own special set of requirements. I believe a decision to take a major step should be preceded by a practice assessment and a plan. We invest in every potential client by providing expert consulting to guide the assessment and plan development. Our job isn't to sell hardware but to assist each client as he chooses the correct clinical and financial direction for the practice.
Q: What primary products are utilized by the practices?
A: Our primary product is proven customer clinical and financial success. For over 30-years our focus has been nuclear medicine and specifically nuclear cardiology. We offer reliable refurbished equipment solutions for new, existing and retiring practices. We offer SPECT and PET devices as complete turnkey solutions, components or parts. We arrange installation, warranty and service options for our clients. Right down to the smallest component of any nuclear cardiology department, we can assist with refurbished equipment and expert cost effective installation and service.
Q: What differentiates your organization from others?
A: We don't stand still. We're nimble and able to change our activities based upon the demands our clients are facing in the marketplace. Many say this but most just give it lip service. Technology markets are in chaos and experts say this is caused by the core drivers of computing, storage and bandwidth and there's no relief in sight. What else defines nuclear cardiology's core better than computing, storage and bandwidth? Diagnostix Plus is organized to expertly ride the wave of change and to do everything necessary to assist our clients to make good decisions.
Q: What are your long-term goals for serving MedAxiom nuclear cardiologists?
A: We continually invest in our client's success providing cost effective, reliable, clinically sound and profitable nuclear cardiology diagnostic imaging solutions. Whether parts, service or complete turnkey programs for SPECT or PET we plan on being the primary source for those practices able to recognize the value and to conduct business within our fast changing marketplace.
