MedAxiom Announces Satisfaction Survey Suite called “MedSatisfaction”
NEPTUNE BECH, FL – June 16, 2009 – MedAxiom continues to evaluate and consider all the activities and business processes our members undertake and to provide the information and resources to execute these practice management tools. Doug LaFleur, COO and head of MedAxiom Consulting, announced this week the development of a suite of satisfaction surveys that will be made available to MedAxiom members later this year.
These satisfaction surveys include: Patient, Physician, Employee and Referring Physician surveys deployed via an online entry methodology. Data will be collected and reported back to the practices through individual practice reports as well as placing the data into MedAxcess and having the ability to chart graphs with average scores for each question comparable to the entire satisfaction response database. Over time, practices will also be able to see trends in these satisfaction results to gauge areas of improvement as well as areas for concern.
"The unique benefit of this product and a clear market differentiator, is its seamless ability to work within our online MedAxcess database, creating an industry first in providing practice performance data alongside satisfaction data." states Doug LaFleur. "This will add tremendous value to our members and give them one location where they will be able to analyze their data, identify trends, and track the effects of programs and improvements they are making in their practice."
